Following the appointment of Mr Makamba Yusuf to a post of CCM SG, it is obvious that Dar will have a new RC. There has been a concern that Dar lucks qualities of a city.This is true and certainly HE. Kikwete knows this. What kind of traits would you like the new RC to possess?

Bunge session is underway. It seems we have rough road ahead of us 2007/8.Had you been an MP, which critiques would have been flowing from your mouth at this juncture?
I heard Mr Mzindakaya MP defending allegations which were levelled against him yesterday. I believe he was speaking just to appease his soul but the truth remains the same that he has borrowed huge amount of money from Stanchart to finance his project in Sumbawanga. I doubt in the first place whether the project is viable or not; taking into consideration of the location of project. Romours has it that he has failed to pay back the loan he took from the bank.As the result his guarantor has been asked to pay the sum due.This is not a surprising story, because the location of the business he is in is not ideal. I am sceptical if he could be able to finance the loan from the butchery business in such a remote area.I believe he knew the difficulty associated with marketing his business where the infrastracture in the area is appaling.Let us wait and see.
